Very spacious and clean, Staff is extremely friendly.

The lobby cafeteria prices are very expensive. The lobby elevator to the mall has very poor air conditioning. There is a mosque near the hotel that screams very loudly and intentionally at 4 am every day. Sometimes it continues for a whole hour. The loud noise used to wake me up every day. I lived on the 18th floor and I had to wait half an hour to get hot water to shower while he was in the bathroom.

Hotel staff is great. building is new and stunning with facilities with amazing Room Services breakfast is delicious. Receptions are friendly especially the Indonesian reception is very kind.

Their proactive approach and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced my overall experience. Additionally, I had a special request for a room setup to celebrate a personal milestone. The attention to detail and the effort put into fulfilling this request were remarkable. The room was beautifully arranged, exceeding my expectations and adding a personal touch that made my stay even more memorable. Hotel is excellently located and very comfortable. Breakfast good be improved and founded it extremely crowded. Breakfast menu in my opinion should be changed every few days , our 11 day stay we found the same menu each day in the end went outside of the hotel to have our breakfast even though we had paid for the breakfast .
