I recently had the pleasure of staying at Swissotel Al Ghurair in Dubai, and my experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Gladwell at the front desk. Her excellent customer service made the check-in process smooth, efficient, and welcoming. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautifully appointed rooms and top-notch amenities that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect, providing easy access to shopping, dining, metro and attractions. During my stay, I needed to extend my check-out time due to a late flight. Saber was incredibly accommodating, handling my request with utmost efficiency and a genuine desire to assist. Their proactive approach and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced my overall experience. Additionally, I had a special request for a room setup to celebrate a personal milestone. The attention to detail and the effort put into fulfilling this request were remarkable. The room was beautifully arranged, exceeding my expectations and adding a personal touch that made my stay even more memorable. Swissotel Al Ghurair not only offers luxurious accommodations and top-notch amenities but also has an exceptional team dedicated to providing the best service. The level of care and professionalism demonstrated by Gladwell and Saber is a testament to the high standards upheld by the hotel. Thank you, Gladwell and Saber, for making my stay unforgettable. The hotel is pretty good, I would say the best in this area. The breakfasts are excellent, the earlier you come the better. The gym is very spacious and not crowded if you come around 3-5-pm. the pool on the roof is also pretty good. A shuttle to the beach works fine, the beach itself is quite lovely. The longer you book the cheaper daily price you get. It is easy to catch a taxi to downtown, the metro is 5 min walk. The overall feeling in the hotel you get is very positive, amazing interiors of reception, also the hotel is a part of the big trade center, so you don't need to go outside for shopping, basically, one can live there for months and have no need to go outside.

The lobby cafeteria prices are very expensive. The lobby elevator to the mall has very poor air conditioning. There is a mosque near the hotel that screams very loudly and intentionally at 4 am every day. Sometimes it continues for a whole hour. The loud noise used to wake me up every day. I lived on the 18th floor and I had to wait half an hour to get hot water to shower while he was in the bathroom.

Breakfast menu in my opinion should be changed every few days , our 11 day stay we found the same menu each day in the end went outside of the hotel to have our breakfast even though we had paid for the breakfast .
